Dr. Pugal brings expertise in lean, six sigma, automation, foot print rationalization in automotive, oil and gas, high mix low volume, and high volume production. He is a proven leader with extensive experience in implementing the latest manufacturing technologies and managed all aspects of plant operations including cost management, quality systems, delivery efficiency, inventory management, new product development and digital enablement.

Kian has worked in the Oil and Gas Industry for over 20 years covering nine countries, gaining experience in engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, operations, and project management.
As a seasoned Partner at Lean Scalable Solutions, he is passionate about helping companies deploy lean principles and scalable business solutions with an emphasis on results.
